Jehovah's Witnesses are the ONE AND ONLY agent of God.( John 3:16 is the key quote for all the rest of Christianity) It reads: Matthew 24:14 :: King James Version (KJV) "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come". Commentary paraphrased from Ray Franz;Here lies the great preaching paradox, JW's claim to be the Evangelist of the world,but for all the preaching that Jehovah's Witnesses do,practically NOBODY knows their belief system and tenets. They know things like they don't salute the flag,don't take blood and don't celebrate Christmas. AND,the countries were they have a foothold ,are parts of the world that have already been Christianized by Missionary's of other Bible based faiths. So,JW's are the plagiarizers of the world.They don't proselytize they Metastasize. It is truly amazing,that for 33 years of WT$ cult cocooned subjugation I really believed that 'flunky' JW Elders were actually appointed,by God's holy spirit. Jesus said that,'his followers would be the 'salt of the earth. In nature it's usually the cream that will rise to the surface, in the Watchtower it's the scum that floats to the top. Mormons vs. Jehovah's Witnesses.First and foremost the folks over at LDS didn't victimize me.The WT$ did,curious though,I did a snap survey a while back. Get this:Mormons outnumber JW's,yet there are significantly MORE per capita disgruntled ex JW web pages.   the "annointed" witnesses

  i just realized that the annointed won't die off.

  i mean, the original annointed will die off within the next 10 years or so, but then there are the younger people that think they are annointed, but don't fall under the rules and guidelines of an annointed person (per jw).

  i personally don't believe in the annointed, but something struck my fancy at the memorial.

  The Watchtower regards the entire 7th chapter of Revelation as highly symbolic.Yet they take,out of context the numerical 144,000 and say it's literal. Furthermore,historical consensus finds that an estimated 250,000 early Christians died, many as martyrs in the first century alone,to fill the quota. The Watchtower's Ivory tower dogma of only a,'little flock' of 144,000 JW elite going to heaven,is a component of what Randy Watters calls: Doctrine Over Person: [ Human experience is subordinated to doctrine, no matter how profound or contradictory such experiences seem. The history of the cult is altered to fit their doctrinal logic. The person is only valuable insomuch as they conform to the role models of the cult. Commonsense perceptions are disregarded if they are hostile to the cult's ideology.] The Watchtower also slams and smears all those who challenge their supremacist dogma,as 'haughty folk who all want to go to heaven and be boss'.   What Makes Some ExJWs So Angry & Others So Pleasant???

  from what i can see, it appears that some exwitnesses are either handling life outside the organization pretty well or not well at all.

  i wonder if some persons simply, by nature are angry, unhappy persons while others are naturally good, "honest-hearted ones" that simply want to find some measure of happiness.

  Honest to God.This issue was a chief component in my staying single all my JW adult life.
  

  Especially for me,because i always teetered on a 'totalproctocolectomy'.( complete removal of the lower bowel,the colon )

  When a Doctor test a man for an enlarged prostate he does a 'digital exam' with the ole latex glove to feel the prostate gland through the Bowel wall.

  What's this tell ya?That the prostate is right next to the bowel.During surgery the 'nerve plexus' surrounding the prostate was inadvertantly severed.

  Soooo,that's why there was a 90% chance of my becoming Impotent.

  Anyhow the counsel was to 'Just hang in there because everything is only tempoary'.

  If i was married to a sister and became impotent,how would i meet her needs?

  Moreover,how do i explain all of this on a date?Like I just did!

  Do hours in preaching affect social status?

  deep down, i guess i know the answer to this one, but what the heck?

  is it common for someone to have a diminished jw social life for no other reason than being a low-hour publisher?

  not to seem conceited, but at the hall i was always smiling and quick-witted (i believe), talked to all types happily, gave good talks and demos, dressed well, smelled good, etc.

  come one, come all -- come join "the great crowd of other sheep" today!.

  look at all the "benefits" you will receive (taken directly from watchtower publications):.

  * you will not have jesus christ as your mediator between you and god.. * you will have the "faithful and discreet slave" as your only mediator between you and jesus and god.. * you will not be born again.. * you will not be in the kingdom of god.. * you will not be baptized by the holy spirit.. * you will not be anointed by the holy spirit.. * you will not have the holy spirit abide in you.. * you will not be one of the saints or holy ones.. * you will not be adopted as "sons of god" until you pass the final test at the end of the 1,000 year millennial reign of the 144,001, and then, if you pass that test, you can still be destroyed if you rebel against the 144,001, even though the "anointed ones" are given immortal life immediately upon death, and they never have to pass any future tests.. * you will never be immortal -- you can always be destroyed by god in the future for "apostasy".. * you will not be viewed as being perfect in god's eyes until after the final test at the end of the 1,000 years, even though the anointed ones are viewed as being perfect at their baptism.. can anyone else add any additional "benefits" to this list?

  They tormented me to no end.When I finally blew my stack over all the abuse.I was DFed for,"unrepentant fits of anger'.

  Jesus laid down the protocol for settling confrontational disputes at Matthew 18:15.

  The procedure NEVER worked with any of my JW perpetrators,because they would lie and deny it all

  Jehovah's Witnesses won't face up to the facts,rather they will get in your face and fillibuster.

  If JWD were to shut down tommorow......

  for good....... just say...... all contacts on here would be shut off, you would have no way of contacting anyone on here that you may have done before or do now, you would be left as you stand now, still with your family and friends, work colleagues in whatever capacity you enjoy them in real life, but without those you now know onscreen through this forum.

  would you be able to pick your life back up and carry on.

  i don't ask this lightly, i just wonder after reading a few posts recently in the last couple of years just how seriously some hold this forum almost to the point that it seems central to their lives (and that maybe so).. how would you feel?.
